        Studio Rental

        Includes one of our Studio assistants and use of our entire facility. An Assistant will help you set-up and get going, but you or your engineer are responsible for operation of the equipment and workflow.

      • Client Agreement/Contract/Waiver Acknowledgment & Policies

      • VIDEO/PHOTO RELEASE: I grant permission to 29 South Studios and its agents and employees the irrevocable and unrestricted right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of me, or members of my family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. I hereby release 29 South Studios and its legal representatives for all claims and liability relating to said images or video. Furthermore, I grant permission to use my statements that were given during an interview or session, with or without my name, for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction. I understand that with my authorization below the statement(s), photograph(s) and/or Video(s) may never be revoked. I waive my right to any compensation and/or Royalties.*
      • PAYMENT & POLICIES: All cancellations have to be made at least 24 hours in advance, If not the client will be billed for half the time booked, with a minimum of 2 hours. If you cancelled 24 hours before your reserved time, 29 south studios will honor your request  for a refund within 15 business days of your payment. To request a refund, call 770-964-8616. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment, except cash payments, which will be returned Via check. If you made your payment by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same card.*
      • STUDIO DEPOSIT & SESSION PAYMENT AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I have read and agree to the following statement: I understand that my session is not confirmed until a non-refundable Payment of 100% plus 7.75% tax is paid to 29 South Studios. When I "submit" this form I will have completed my Full payment. By choosing "I Agree" I understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by 29 South Studios as stated. Weather cancellations will be made at the studio discretions. Tardiness of my session will not delay my session. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame. If I need to reschedule I will give contact prior to 24 hours notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my payment for a new session date. I will do best to reschedule my session within 2 weeks of original session date. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate.*
