  • Pre-Shop Volunteer Times & Dates

    Pre-shop volunteer times are great for families with young children, groups and individuals. Volunteering during pre-shop will include sorting toys and decorating the shop. While we love children of all ages, we kindly ask that if kids are participating in toy sorting or decorating, that they are at least 6 years of age and are accompanied by an adult at all times.

    All toy sorting volunteer sessions will be from 4:00pm - 7:00pm

  • In-Shop Toy Booth Volunteer Dates & Times

    Volunteer interest is at an all time high this year. In an effort to allow as many individual and group volunteers as possible we're limiting groups to 7 people and 1 volunteer slot. We also kindly ask that all in-shop volunteers are at least 16 years or older to be able to work behind the booths.

    Our need for bilingual volunteers has grown considerably. Please consider this before volunteering and if you're volunteering for a group please consider recruiting bilingual speakers.

  • In-Shop - Behind The Scenes Volunteer Dates & Times

    Behind the scenes volunteers are extremely important to ensuring a successful toy shop. These volunteers will work behind the booths to sort toys, restock shelves with toys, work in the cafe, break down boxes, etc.

  • Post-Shop Break Down Volunteer Date & Time

     

    Once the shop is over and we've served all our families for the 2024 holiday season we're still in need of some elves to help us breakdown the shop and get it ready for storage so prepare for some heavy lifting. Responsibilities will include take shelving down, load trailer with all shelving and shop supplies, leaving the space better than we found it.
