    Conditioning for the Foundations Module - First 7 Days

     

    You should do your ritual every day, with the only exceptions being when you encounter obstacles or unforeseen circumstances that affect your life. Adapt the conditioning to your circumstances as necessary. If you are in chastity, massage your thighs and breasts. If you don't have all the time necessary for everything, then put in a little less time. Just make a note in your training book detailing the changes you decide on.

     

    Look in your training book to find your ritual for the foundations' module. It is on the tab called “Foundation: Conditioning”.

     

    Always do your days in order. If you miss your conditioning for a day, then you are essentially still on that conditioning day. You cannot do DAY 2 until after you have done DAY 1.

     

    Be sure to mute your phone and take care of any other distractions you can control.

     

    Mantra: Say your mantra out loud if you are safe to do so. Otherwise, think it inside your head. Thinking it internally is just as powerful for conditioning. Try to get into a tempo with your mantra and the metronome.

     

    Collection: Search for hot, beautiful girls. Babes with nice curves and an hourglass figure that inspire you with their amazing bodies. It is good to focus on breasts, thighs, butt, tummy, waist, and hips—feminine body curves. No face-only shots here. They should ideally have fewer clothes instead of more.

     

    Edging: This week you may not edge at all. This is because you have not been tested and you risk ejaculating prematurely. We cannot risk our sissies making cummies early and ruining their entire session, can we? And with your entire first 7 days of conditioning ahead! No way! So no edging while you do your arousal session at all. If you get even remotely close to the edge, stop touching yourself and go get a glass of water. Then slowly sip the water and finish the glass. This will condition you to like water more—this is important by itself and will also condition you to like the sensation of swallowing, which will also come in useful later. If you are not calm enough to continue after your water break, then wait with your hands on top of your head until you can. For some sissies, this might be a BIG problem and could make their sessions take a very long time. We recommend that you still keep at it until you get through your session. But if it interferes with your life, then academy rules state that you may cut your session short. You can also, if you really need to, split the session into multiple parts.

     

    Orgasms: After your arousal session, you may experience an orgasmic release in any way you so choose. This is, however, the only orgasm you are permitted, and if you skip it you must wait until your ritual time comes tomorrow. Try to hold this to the best of your ability, if you fail then just try harder next time, no one is perfect when they start.

  • Day 01

    1. Put in earplugs or minimize all distractions.
    2. Your mantra is "I am excited to do this."
    3. Use this link to the Sissynator to start your conditioning => START DAY 01
      Set your metronome to 40 and switch to the next picture after 5 strokes.
    4. Make a note of the day you have just done so you don't forget tomorrow.
    5. Add 5 pictures to your folder.
    6. Orgasm during the next hour or not at all until your next session.
    7. Update your Training Book if required.

    After today's conditioning, your folder should contain 20 images.

  • Day 02

    1. Put in earplugs or minimize all distractions.
    2. Your mantra is "I am aroused."
    3. Start conditioning program by using this link => START DAY 02
      Alternatively, set your metronome to 50 and switch to the next picture after 6 strokes.
    4. Make a note of the day you have just done so you don't forget tomorrow.
    5. Add 5 pictures to your folder.
    6. Orgasm within 4 hours, or not at all until the next session.
    7. Update your Training Book if required.

    After today's conditioning, your folder should contain 25 images.

  • Day 03

    1. Put in earplugs or minimize all distractions.
    2. Your mantra is "I know what I want."
    3. Start conditioning program by using this link => START DAY 03
      Alternatively, set your metronome to 60 and switch to the next picture after 7 strokes.
    4. Make a note of the day you have just done so you don't forget tomorrow.
    5. Add 10 pictures to your folder.
    6. Orgasm within the hour, or wait until tomorrow.
    7. Update your Training Book if required.

    After today's conditioning, your folder should contain 35 images.

  • Day 04

    1. Put in earplugs or minimize all distractions.
    2. Your mantra is "I know I want this."
    3. Start conditioning program by using this link => START DAY 04
      Alternatively, set your metronome to 70 and switch to the next picture after 8 strokes.
    4. Make a note of the day you have just done so you don't forget tomorrow.
    5. Add 10 pictures to your folder.
    6. Orgasm before bed, or wait until the next session.
    7. Update your Training Book if required.

    After today's conditioning, your folder should contain 45 images.

  • Day 05

    1. Put in earplugs or minimize all distractions.
    2. Your mantra is "I want to feel like this."
    3. Start conditioning program by using this link => START DAY 05
      Alternatively, set your metronome to 80 and switch to the next picture after 9 strokes.
    4. Make a note of the day you have just done so you don't forget tomorrow.
    5. Do not add any images today.
    6. Orgasm within the hour, or wait until tomorrow.
    7. Update your Training Book if required.

    After today's conditioning, your folder should contain 45 images.

  • Day 06

    1. Put in earplugs or minimize all distractions.
    2. Your mantra is "I love to feel like this."
    3. Start conditioning program by using this link => START DAY 06
      Alternatively, set your metronome to 90 and switch to the next picture after 10 strokes.
    4. Make a note of the day you have just done so you don't forget tomorrow.
    5. Add 1 image of a girl with an hourglass body to your folder today.
    6. Orgasm within 10 min, or not at all until the next session.
    7. Update your Training Book if required.

    After today's conditioning, your folder should contain 46 images.

  • Day 07

    1. Put in earplugs or minimize all distractions.
    2. Your mantra is "All of me wants this."
    3. Start conditioning program by using this link => START DAY 07
      Alternatively, set your metronome to 100 and switch to the next picture after 11 strokes.
    4. Make a note of the day you have just done so you don't forget tomorrow.
    5. Add 1 image of a girl with an hourglass body to your folder today.
    6. Have up to 2 orgasms before your next session.
    7. Update your Training Book if required.

    After today's conditioning, your folder should contain 47 images.
