Temporary hoses placed over the side of tanks or other containers will utilize adequate securing devices capable of retaining the hose during fluid transfer operations. These devices will consist of wire rope, chain or other material of similar strength. Sash cord will not be used per Hess Spill Mitigation Policy.
General Housekeeping
