TRADITIONAL VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

Technology: Showing clients how to use their cell phones, email, internet, online applications Employment: Helping clients develop a resume, interview for jobs and be prepared for the norms of contemporary workplaces Transportation: Helping clients map out routes and riding with clients as they learn to navigate the city bus Wellness: Can be a any of Becoming an AA or NA sponsor for a client Community Connections: Invite a client to a sports event, out to eat or for coffee, to join you for worship or a local festival or public event Community Resources: Orienting a client to area public library and helping them secure a library card Personal Hygiene Drive: Organize, promote and collect items for clients on the day of their release Community Events & Fund Raisers Holiday Helper: Contribute to the traditional holiday meals held at our Redemption Homes for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter Something else?
