Please read the following instructions carefully before starting. Only one application will be accepted per student. Please ensure that you have all supporting documents ready to upload before starting the application. We look forward to reading about your accomplishments. Good luck!
1. A digital copy of an acceptance letter into an accredited four-year post-secondary institute.

2. A digital copy of your high transcript indicating a 3.5 GPA or higher.

3. A valid student number from your post-secondary institute.

4. A digital copy of a one-page letter of recommendation from a mentor, teacher, or community organization describing your leadership efforts such as athletics, mentorship, or volunteering at your school or in your community.

5. A 500-1000 word essay in a word processing document you can copy and paste that expresses your reasons for your application.

6. A password-protected link to an uploaded 3-5 minute video file on Youtube or Vimeo, recorded on a smartphone or digital device in landscape mode, introducing yourself, your academic and leadership achievements as well as your post-secondary education and career aspirations. Please provide your video password underneath your video post link.
Supporting documentation cannot be added or revised after you submit your online application.

If you are shortlisted, you will be asked to submit original copies of the supporting documentation and data you provide. Before submitting your online scholarship application, ensure all your personal details you submit are complete and correct. Please use proper spelling, capitalization, grammar, and punctuation.

5. Written Submission:

Your essay should be 500-1000 words. You should address in your essay: your college goals and choice of major, what you intend to do with your education, and why a scholarship is important to you. Include any academic and non-academic accomplishments, personal characteristics, or experiences that make you uniquely worthy of scholarship consideration.
