I will not hold Downtown Taunton Foundation, its members, or volunteers responsible for damage, loss, or injury, nor be a party to any legal action against them.
The space fee is non-refundable. However, if the Holiday Pop-up Shoppe is canceled due to state or local guidelines due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Downtown Taunton Foundation will refund 1/2 of the paid fees for the date(s) canceled.
Vendors are required to follow all of the safety guidelines set forth by the state for retailers including wearings masks with nose & mouth covered, social distancing/maintaining 6 feet from others, sanitizing materials & equipment used at the point of sale, etc. Please read thru these guidelines prior to attending the Holiday Pop-up Shop. The Holiday Pop-up will ensure that the site is compliant with state guidelines for retailers during COVID such as signage, one-way entrances & exits, one-way walking paths thru the shopping areas, 6 foot spacing between vendors, etc. Vendors not complying with the guidelines will forfeit their space without refund.
Vendors who have symptoms of COVID-19 including fever, cough, etc. should not attend the Holiday Pop-up, but can send a trusted representative to be responsible for and to work their table.
