  • I agree that the participant is allowed to be recorded on-site at a site owned by the St Helens Library service on the 21st April for an (up-to) 2 hour session (if appropriate) that is mutually agreed, working with the musical director and sound engineer from leo&hyde*
  • I agree that the participant is able to attend a Zoom tutorial with the musical director and sound designer prior to the recording session*
  • I agree that I have given consent for the audio ONLY of the recorded audio from the recording session to be used in leo&hyde's VR music video of Out of the Earth*
  • I understand that leo&hyde will include this submission at their own discretion within the music video. If leo&hyde deem the content of the recording to be inappropriate then leo&hyde reserves the right to not include the recording in the music video.*
  • I understand that after the 21st April, I will be unable to request the removal of the recording from inclusion in the track/video*
  • I understand that leo&hyde own sole rights to recording of the song Out of the Earth, but that participants may have a copy of the audio for their own developmental purposes, but sale of the song by participants is forbidden*
  • I agree that the participant and any accompanying individual will follow the COVID-19 Health and Safety rules of the building, and that the company lay out (unless any valid exemptions apply)*
