Only licensed contractors may have access to the roof. The roof access key is kept at the security guard gate. The technician must leave their drivers license with security, in exchange for the access key. This will ensure the technician will return the key to the guard. The technician must close the access door to the roof when leaving. Failure to comply will result in actions against the owner. Roof access will be granted from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday. The following information is required to approve this permit.
