All workshould be performed by a licensed and insured contractor, this will protect youas well as the condominium for liability issues. Debris must be removed andtaken by the contractor. The use of our garbage areas for debris disposal isstrictly prohibited and fines will be imposed against the owner. If the repairsare completed during our “Bulk Pick Up” schedule, then the debris can be placedin the appropriate location designated by the association. The Bulk Pick Upschedule is posted on the garbage doors on the first floor, or in the glassshowcase by the mail boxes.  The front ofyour doorway (catwalk), must be protected from the process of thisrepair/construction. The paint on the catwalk must be protected from scratches,flooring dust etc. This includes the elevator or areas of the condominium.
