Local Directors and/or Contestants should start on this form only after receiving confirmation that their talent track is approved by Miss Minnesota Scholarship Org (MMSO)

Local Director will be notified when your submission is complete

Please fill out this form completely, when finished, upload to your google drive folder that you are sharing with your local director, state board members: Kathy Shellum, Gina Cavanagh & Jodi Swaja
Your accompaniment music track can be uploaded in the preferred stereo interleaved wav files at 48k/16kb, although 44.1k will also work. Submit the original "sound alike" resolution files. do not submit an .mp3 saved as a .wav file - that is still .mp3 quality.

Be sure to properly label all uploads to this submission form as "Local-Contestant First Last Names-Item Name." (ex. West Central-Angelina Amerigo-Talent Music)

If you consider changing your approved music selection, please notify your Local Executive Director. Your Local Director will then notify your state director, depending on production time constraints, changes to approved music may not be possible. No talent changes will be allowed after March 28, 2025!

Lyrics must also be submitted in English if performed in a foreign language and only for the 90 second performance. Please do not include lyrics that are not in the 90 second performance. Props: Any article brought on stage must be NEEDED. Non-functional props which distract from the live performance are not permitted. Keep in mind there is little to no storage at the state venue.

No mood setters or background enhancers
No Floor mats
No prop that imitate those used in Broadway or screen version of the selected talent
No props that require excessively large stage areas and/or complicated set up
Props that are over 25 lbs will not be accepted not be allowed
No use of motion picture, slides, or projection of any kind
No live animals
No props involving safety hazards, such as any form of fire, swords, knives, bow and arrows, etc.
No lighting enhancements
Props used must be listed on this document on or before March 28. Production has final say if props can be used.

Props require MMSO approval and are not permitted unless functional! Any props need to arrive at competition venue on check in day to Miss Minnesota, and removed immediately at conclusion of Miss Minnesota week. You must make arrangements to deliver and pick up your props. Miss Minnesota will not be responsible for the props getting to and from the competition venue.

Acceptance of Liablilty Agreement:
