We are asking everyone who lives in College accommodation, regardless of accommodation contract, to let us know what your intentions are for the vacation.
Whether you plan to vacate your room or to stay in College, please let us know by 10pm on Thursday of 6th week, 19th November.
We understand that plans may have to change before the end of term, but please tell us what you can as it will help us to plan and to let College staff know when they will need to work during the break.
This form incorporates the application process for College hardship funding for the Christmas vacation, and that section can also be completed by graduate students who live out of College who wish to be considered for support. This must be completed by 10pm on Thursday of 6th week, 19th November.
