I, First Name Last Name understand that refunds are not guaranteed. Refunds only occur if the error falls on Steel Valley Staff or the event is canceled. I also understand that based on the tournament the cancellation refund may come as cash back or credit toward a future event.

If enough notice (over 21 Days) is given the Steel Valley Staff will attempt to replace you with another paid person - and then issue a cash refund.

I understand it can be up to 14 days from the Date of the cancellation for the refund to be processed.

There will be zero refunds for Cancellations within 21 days of the event For Any Reason.

I understand that Duals are a team event not individual and the Coach has the authority to bump one weight class if needed. No discussion or approval from a parent needs to occur for this to happen. This happens only approximately 15% of the time. If you as parent are not ok with this then stop here and DO NOT complete this registration.
