Refund / Cancellation Process
Due to my design process I cannot accept returns or cancellations for any reason once a deposit has been made. I'm committed to making this a smooth & easy experience for you, so please contact me with any with questions or concerns.
CONSULTATION

All custom projects begin with a nonrefundable consultation deposit that does not go toward the total cost of the garment. At the consultation half of the deposit must be paid. The consultation fee will not hold your spot for if you do not make the payment at consultation as rules follow. Choose which type of consultation on the website under the booking tab. I do offer virtual consultations as well. At consultation we'll take measurements, discuss your vision, choose your fabric and materials, and create a final sketch of your design if the design is simple for example same dress just different color you will not receive a sketch. DO NOT bring any guest to the consultation. If the client is a minor the parent/guardian may come.
Payments can be made in full. Any payment disputes for inaccurate reasoning will result in legal action no matter the age. I do not accept Cash App. (Zelle, Apple Pay, Walmart to Walmart). If you choose to pay with PayPal you will be charged extra as this system takes away from what clients send.
