Member Verification Form
The visitor verification process must be utilized by all chapters to determine that a person is a member, in good standing with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. prior to granting admittance to chapter meetings. Soror please complete and submit the pre-verification form at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled start of the virtual meeting.

Appropriate materials to verify membership should include submission of a copy of the following, along with the visitor pre-certification form:
1. Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. membership card, and/or
2. Membership certificate, and/or
3. Letter of verification, and/or
4. Membership number and
5. Photo.

CHAPTER MEETING ATTIRE REMINDERS:

Business attire; hats are acceptable excluding baseball hats, cowboy hats, bandanas or bucket hats.

Acceptable Delta Business attire includes business suit, dress, skirt, pants (not cropped or above ankles), blouse and blazer, any religious head-wraps that reflects a professional style. Not acceptable- Leggings worn as pants, Wearing denim of any color and line jackets/sweaters of any kind. Additionally, no flip flop (beach / shower shoes style) or sports slides are allowed.
