For your convenience we are offering to handle your flight arrangements, if you so desire indicate on your reservation form that you wish to have flights book through us.

DEPOSIT $450 PP DUE ASAP continue PAYMENTS until FINAL DUE SEP 15th.

Payment plans are provided as an extra convenience, please adhere to the payment schedule to avoid possible trip cancellation. At the least make the initial deposit to secure rate and pay balance on time. Packages not paid by the final date will be cancelled & all payments will be forfeited, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Joining the trip after a payment deadline, pay $600.00 deposit and continue to follow the scheduled payments above until you are caught up or until Final payment is made.

POLICIES

Register your name as it appears on your government issued ID.

Payments are non-refundable, which are the same policies of the airlines and cruise lines.

Payments are transferable to another person already taking the trip and name changes are allowed for a $50 name change fee.

Travel Insurance must be purchased online on your own within 14 days of your initial deposit for pre-existing conditions or cancel for any reason. You will receive an email regarding insurance after you reserve.

Otherwise other plans are available 3 days before departure. It is your responsibility to purchase travel insurance and understand your policy.

The payment schedule is provided as a convenience, failure to follow the schedule may result in cancellation of your reservation and you will forfeit all payments made. No refunds nor credits will be honored.

Final payment not received by the final payment date of September 15th will result in a late fee of $100 starting 7 days from the due date. All late final payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline is put on your account. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

No travel documents nor info will be released, until full payment is completed for the group, including late fees. Travel documents will be sent via email.

All payments & deposits are non-transferable. I understand that EVERY country has the right to refuse entry to any traveler who owes back child support, has a DUI, DWI or any type of felony. IT CONSTITUTES PART OF YOUR CONTRACT FOR TRAVEL RELATED SERVICES. (I/we) understand that (I/we) will NOT be covered for any losses, lost baggage, trip delay, medical emergencies, etc. and/or supplier/airlines cancellation penalties of 100% of the trip that may incur from the time of my initial payment and may continue through my last date of travel. Scheduled/Published Airfares are not covered and are 100% Non-refundable & non-transferable.
