This 15 hour on-line course takes place LIVE on Zoom over the course of 5 weeks. Course materials include: Course Manual, Recommended Podcasts, Optional Podcasts, Live Zoom classes, weekly homework and one final written assignment.
Each 3-hour LIVE Zoom class includes two 15 minute breaks, and one 30 minute yoga, breathing, or meditation practice.

To receive a Certificate at the end of the Course, students are expected to attend ALL classes, have their videos ON during Zoom classes, and complete ONE assignment.
