Heart of the Rockies Feis Attendee Registration

This registration is for those attending the Heart of the Rockies Feis on Saturday, Janary 23, 2021
HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS
PRE-EVENT

 Only one family member/attendee will be allowed per dancer. This attendee will need to register and sign a liability release prior to the feis (use Attendee Registration form below).  Attendees should be prepared to check-in at the event with a photo ID.  All participants and attendees must comply with current travel restrictions issued by their home state and/or the state of Wyoming.
DAY OF EVENT

 Do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your actual dance time (which might be later than originally listed). No competition will start any earlier than the time listed on the time schedule.  Masks and social distancing will be required of all dancers and attendees. These rules will be monitored and enforced.  DANCERS MAY REMOVE MASKS WHEN DANCING ON STAGE.  Temperatures will be taken of everyone at check-in; anyone with a temperature of 100.4F or higher will not be admitted.  Attendees should plan to bring their own: Hand Sanitizer, Drinking Water, Food, Cleaning Wipes.
IN GENERAL:

 Non compliance with any of these rules will result in ejection from the event.  The COVID-19 situation is fluid and we reserve the right to adjust these rules and our procedures as needed to maintain the health and safety of dancers, family, volunteers and staff.  Please check https://www.facebook.com/HeartOfTheRockiesFeis for updates and revisions.  Please direct questions or concerns to your dancer's TCRG, who will act as your advocate and intermediary.
