How it works:

Once you sign up for the program you begin earning BlvdHome points for every dollar you purchase from BlvdHome. One BlvdHome point will be earned for every $100 in merchandise delivered and purchased under you Builder Account.   This includes, but is not limited to Furniture, Appliances, Electronics, Flooring and Window Coverings.  (Excludes: Labor, Warranties or other non-product purchases)

This program also allows you as the builder to accumulate rewards when your client makes additional purchases on their individual account during the construction process. Your dedicated sales person will track these purchases.   (Your client must notify their sales person that they are building with you in order for you to get credit.)

BlvdHome Builder Credit:

After reaching a minimum of 200 BLVD points for the year ($20,000 in purchases), you will receive a BlvdHome Builder Credit equal to your accumulated points at the end of that quarter. After the initial gift coupon, additional credits will be issued each quarter based on delivered product during that quarter. If 200 points is not reached during the year the accumulated points will be awarded as a BlvdHome Builder Credit once a year in January.  Builder Credits can be used toward any new product purchase made at BlvdHome. Credits cannot be used towards paying off previous invoices, finance charges, or gift cards. Credits have an expiration date of 1 year from date of issue.

In order to qualify for this program your Builder account must be kept current. Any past due accounts will be required to be made current before new credits will be issued.

We ask that you sign this letter of intent to enable us to track your points. We can provide you a quarterly update on your point status upon request.
