    Technology Services Appointment

    Appointments are available for newly enrolled students or Chromebooks in need of repair.  Select and submit a time slot to schedule your appointment. Please read through all of the information below prior to scheduling an appointment.
  • For students leaving the district: No Appointment is necessary - drop by the Administration building anytime between 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

  • 1:1 Device

    RCS provides one device per student. Student and parents/guardians agree that the person who is being loaned this Rochester Community Schools device shall follow District policies and regulations. It is also agreed that this equipment is to be used by an RCS student for school/educational purposes only.
  • NOTE: High school students may pick up their own device. ID is REQUIRED. Select Parent of a student currently attending RCS to schedule an appointment.

  • In order to best assist our families and provide personalized attention, we require an appointment to issue a Chromebook or exchange one in need of repair.

    Device pickup/swap will be by appointment only. 

    • Upon scheduling an appointment below, an automatic e-mail will be sent to you with additional information on the pick up/swap process.

    • Parents/Guardians may only pick up devices for their own children. We do not allow a person to pick up for friends, neighbors, etc.

    • High School students may pick up their own device.  ID Required.

    • If you have not yet visited the Chromebook Troubleshooting page, check there first.  You may be able to solve the problem yourself. Your student may also check with level 1 tech support located at their school in the Media Center.

  • Good news!  No appointment is necessary at this time.  Watch for a communication from Rochester Community Schools over the summer.  There will be a deployment of Chromebooks in August for students starting next school year.

    If you are not able to schedule an appointment quickly - have your student visit the school media center where a technician will look at it and a chromebook can be checked out for the day.
