    Technology Services Appointment

    Appointments are available for Chromebooks in need of repair. Select and submit a time slot to schedule an appointment. Please read through all of the information below prior to scheduling an appointment.
  • *Please check the box above and proceed if you perfer to make an appointment to have your Chromebook serviced.

  • For students leaving the district: No Appointment is necessary - drop by the Administration building anytime between 7:00am - 12:00pm and 2:00pm - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

  • 1:1 Device

    RCS Provides one device per student. Student and parents/guardians agree that the person who is being loaned this Rochester Community Schools device shall follow district policies and regulations. It is also agreed that this equipment is to be used by an RCS student for echool/educational purposes only.

    Families and students are responsible for the care of the devices during and after school hours. Damage and loss can occur at any time and families and students are responsible for repair and replacement of the devices regardless of when the damage or loss occurred.

    • Parents/Guardians may only pick up devices for their own children. We do not allow a person to pickup for friends, neighbors, etc.
    • High School students may attend appointments on their own. ID Required.

  • Student Information

  • No need to make an appointment! Your student will have a Chromebook waiting for them in their Media Center on their first day of school.

  • Please contact the Technology Services Help Desk after booking your appointment to lock your student's Chromebook (248) 726-3099.

    Appointments open up every Friday afternoon for the following week.

  • Upon scheduling an appointment, an automatic email will be sent to you with additional information on the appointment process.

     

     

    Appointments will take place at the Technology Services window. Please enter through the main entrance of the Administration building where the front desk receptionist wil guide you to the service window.
