In order to best assist our families and provide personalized attention, we require an appointment to issue a Chromebook or exchange one in need of repair.
Device pickup/swap will be by appointment only.
• Upon scheduling an appointment below, an automatic e-mail will be sent to you with additional information on the pick up/swap process.
• Parents/Guardians may only pick up devices for their own children. We do not allow a person to pick up for friends, neighbors, etc.
• High School students may pick up their own device. ID Required.
• If you have not yet visited the Chromebook Troubleshooting page, check there first. You may be able to solve the problem yourself. Your student can also visit their school's Media Center where a technician will troubleshoot the device.
Appointments will take place at the Technology Services window. Please enter through the main entrance of the Administration Building and the front desk receptionist will guide you to the service window.
