In order to best assist our families and provide personalized attention, we require an appointment to issue a Chromebook or exchange one in need of repair.
Device pickup/swap will be by appointment only.
• Upon scheduling an appointment below, an automatic e-mail will be sent to you with additional information on the pick up/swap process.
• Parents/Guardians may only pick up devices for their own children. We do not allow a person to pick up for friends, neighbors, etc.
• High School students may pick up their own device. ID Required.
• If you have not yet visited the Chromebook Troubleshooting page, check there first. You may be able to solve the problem yourself. Your student may also check with level 1 tech support located at their school in the Media Center.
