Park Partner Application
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Lakewood Ranch Community Activities! We're excited to bring more programming to our parks and look forward to reviewing your application. All applications are reviewed monthly by our Board of Directors, and typically the upcoming Quarter of partner sessions are blocked at least 30 days prior to beginning. (Please note: If you choose to charge for your class, LWRCA will receive a 20% profit share from all earnings generated at the conclusion of the session.)

What is your service, and what are the 1-2 sentences you'd use to promote this?
i.e "Stretching 101" - a gentle stretching/back strength program designed to increase the body’s Malleability and pliability for movements.
How long are the sessions, and how often? We typically prefer 1 hour. How many sessions per week/month/quarter are you proposing? What day AND time would you like this class to run from?
i.e 1 hour/first Friday of the month/Fridays/10-11am
How much will you charge for this group of sessions?
Typically, LWRCA will contract with entities for a pre-agreed upon total cost, and will handle charging attendees via the myLWR.com website. (Please note that there is always an added $10 non-resident fee for all of our programs).
What is the maximum and minimum number of attendees needed to have the activity?
What age group is this activity designed for?
Can your session take place outdoors? We are currently booking events at Bob Gardner, James Patton, Summerfield, Greenbrook Adventure Park and Waterside Park. If necessary, other parks can be requested – review our parks at https://lakewoodranch.com/life-on-the-ranch/parks-trails/.
