Light of the Rockies COVID19 Policy
The client is required to cover their nose and mouth by wearing a mask or facial covering at all times throughout the Check-In process and the duration of their session. The counselor may allow an exception for an outdoor session permitting that a minimum of six feet social distancing is maintined.
Clients who travel outside of Colorado, stay overnight outside of the county in which they reside, or present COVID symptoms will be required to reschedule their appointment or complete the scheduled appointment via telehealth.
The symptoms of COVID19 include fever, cough, shortness of breath, chest pain/pressure/tightness, flu-like symptoms, and loss of taste or smell.
The client is required to complete the online Consent/Questionnaire and the in-person Check-In at Light of the Rockies prior to every appointment.
Clients with a temperature at or above 99.6 degrees at the time of Check-In will be required to reschedule their appointment or complete the scheduled appointment via telehealth.
