WSC Special Invitation Registration
Dear Parents and Guardians,

For Parents to attend the WSC Special Gathering, Concordia is required to strictly follow the Queensland Government COVID-19 guidelines for school events.

All guests must be pre-registered in household groups using this form. (People who live in the same household are considered to be a household group.) All guests are required to practice social distancing of 1.5 metres with other household groups at the event.

All guests must be registered using this form before the 24 November. Guests are NOT able to register after this date.
