    About the Working Group

The Working Group will bring together Alliance members for 8 webinar sessions, held monthly, starting in January 2021. The Working Group has two goals:

    1) to help members develop successful gender D&I strategies for the future of work

    2) to maximize your benefits from the recently launched How-To Guide: Becoming the Employer of Choice for Women

More Information on the Working Group

The Working Group will provide a forum for participants to explore how they can most effectively adapt strategies and tools from the How-To Guide for their member institutions.

To further “future-proof” these learnings, we will bring in D&I experts and thought leaders  to integrate the latest trends that will affect the future of women at work, such as job automation, reskilling, and the rise of remote work.

These guest speakers will aid participating members in strengthening their D&I policies to proactively evolve with rapidly changing workplace norms and take advantage of the new opportunities change brings.

After the Working Group concludes, we will codify the learnings shared in an in-Brief that will be published on our website and distributed to partner institutions around the world.
