We ask that you take precautions to protect the gown and make sure the area where the gown is being photographed is clean. We do request that you use a tarp, sheet or some kind of protective layer underneath the gown while it is being shot. We also ask that there not be smoke bombs, candles, sparklers, animals, food or drink near the dress(es). To keep the gown clean, we recommend carrying the gown and train off the floor while transitioning to different positions and locations.
We do require a Gown Rental Fee of $100 per gown used in the shoot. Once the gown is dropped off at the shop and we have inspected it, we will invoice you for a cleaning fee, if necessary of 350.00 per gown. (Our styled shoot vendors have always taken great care of each dress!) Things that would require an additional cleaning fee are, but not limited to: Animal Hair, Food, Make-Up, Spray tan, and Floral Stains. If the gown(s) were to come back damaged in such a way that we are no longer able to show them on the floor (I.E tears, burns, holes, rips, stains, ETC) there will be a damage fee assessed, which can be equal to but will not exceed the retail cost of the gown.
Whomever will be running the shoot and will be choosing the gown(s) will be resposible for pick ups and drop offs. The gown will not be released to any other vendor for pick up, nor is sending another vendor to drop off the gown allowed without the express appoval of an Elizabeth Lee Bridal Employee.
If you will be using any other gowns besides those provided by Elizabeth Lee Bridal, they are not to be photographed together, as we would not be able to feature on our own platforms.
By signing this document you assume all liability for the gown until returned to an Elizabeth Lee Bridal Employee and agree to abide by the terms above.
