Outside these hours a 1 hour limit either side of the shift is permissible for travelling time, making allowances for a 14 hour door to door day.
Pendersons Ltd will not accept any shifts/hours which will put you in contravention of the above work patterns. However in emergency situations, to cover essential work only and provided no alternative arrangements can be made the limits may be exceeded if authorised by the clients nominated representative on site and with the applicable records kept.
Total hours worked for Pendersons Limited and any other organisation must not cumulatively exceed the limits stated.
