Thank you for taking the time to apply to be in the 2020 Bad Apple Orchard Battle of the Beards!!
This is a competition in which our participants are judged based on six (6) categories:
Moustache
Business Beard
Full beard under 8
Full beard over 8
Full beard styled moustache
Whiskerina
Online Fan Favorite
Overall Grand Champion
Category rules will be emailed to you after application and entry fee are submitted.
We will also be announcing an online Fan Favorite and Overall Grand Champion. Winners will be announced in each category.
Competition Rules:
1. You entrant must be 21or older to enter the contest.
2. There is an Entrant fee of $15 for each entrant in each category.
3. Read all Contest Rules & Regulations. There are no adjustments or exceptions made.
4. By registering for the competition, all competitors give their permission to the organizers and to the organizers’ designees that the competitors may be photographed, videotaped, and tape recorded and further that the organizers and their designees may use the photographs, video tapes, and audio tapes of the competitor for any purpose including commercial purposes. Any competitor who does not agree to this provision must notify the organizers in writing before the start of the competition.
If you win a category, your photo will be taken and may be utilized on event post event media.
5. If you do not appear when called to the stage you will be eliminated. No refund will be given for “no show.”
6. All decisions of the judges and organizers are final. No poor sportsmanship from the entrant nor the
sponsor will be tolerated. Any poor sportsmanship at any point of the contest will be cause for elimination. No refund will be given if eliminated for poor sportsmanship.
They will also be judged based on their creativity and connection with the audience. The winner will be selected by our panel of judges and will receive the honor of becoming 2020 Bad Apple Battle of the Beards Grand Champion!
