Dance Coaching 1:1 Cancelation agreement between trainer and client

Client's agreement with Alison Eager Dance

• There will be no charge incurred for any sessions cancelled for any reason if at least 24 hours notice is given
• If cancelling a session within 24 hours of the arranged time for ANY reason then a full charge will apply.
• If the session can be rearranged for a convenient time for both client and Dance Teacher on the SAME day then charges will not apply.
• Additionally, the client Agrees to give one calendar months notice of any termination or adjustment to the session plan they have signed up for.

Alison Eager Dance agreement with the client

• There is no liability to the Dance Teacher if she cancels an agreed session with at least 24 hours notice.

• If the Dance Teacher cancels a session within 24 hours of the arranged time for ANY reason then he must give the next booked session completely free of charge.

• If the session can be rearranged for a convenient time for both client and Dance Teacher on the SAME day then charges will not apply.
