After you click "Submit" you will receive a confirmation phone call/email. Your invoice for payment will follow and will include your gift details, delivery charges and banking details for payment.
Please note that payment confirms your order. We are unable to keep orders open if payment is not received within 24hrs.
* All orders are ready within 2-4 business days after payment has cleared. The Gift Curator will not be held responsible for instances where a gift lead time was not taken into consideration.
*We pride ourselves on supporting small-batch local artisans by including their products in our gift boxes. As a result, certain items can become unavailable without a lot of notice. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value and as close to your original item as possible. We will not substitute a product unless the quality and aesthetic meet our extremely high design standards.
