    We ask that our Preferred Legal Providers give our members a preferred rate for your services. We have found that this encourages our members to choose our Preferred Legal Providers over other lawyers and paralegals who offer the same services.

    Contingency Fee 

    Joining our Preferred Legal Provider Network is free, with no referral fees or split commissions. You will receive qualified referrals from LegalPro Connect to help you grow your business. We encourage our Preferred Legal Providers to keep their Contingency Fees to 20% or less. 


    Upfront Fees

    Most Preferred Legal Providers on our network do not charge upfront fees to handle cases with the various organizations, tribunals, and insurers noted below. We encourage our Preferred Legal Providers to avoid charging our members upfront fees when possible. If you charge upfront fees, please disclose that below so we can inform our members.  

    Confidentiality 

    We do not share any information about our Preferred Legal Providers except when making a referral for one of our members.

    Preferred Legal Providers on our LegalPro Premier Plan authorize us to use their business and contact information through the various marketing strategies we employ to grow our Preferred Legal Provider Network.
