Please upload current hair photos taken in natural, indirect lighting. NO group photos or filtered photos! NO photos with hats, ponytails, or obstructed views of your hair. These photos are for my eyes only and I must be able to see your hair clearly in order to give you a proper estimate.

Perk's Policies:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all first-time client appointments and all extension installation appointments.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior. Cancellations within 48 hours or no‑shows forfeit the deposit and may incur up to 50% of the service fee.
- All quotes are subject to change and final pricing will be confirmed during virtual consultation.
- Clients must follow aftercare instructions and scheduled maintenance; failure to follow care may affect results. Maintenance is required every 6-8 weeks and must be pre-booked.
- Hair extensions and custom-matched products are final sale and non-refundable.
- Perk Beauty Bar is not liable for adverse reactions if medical/allergy information is withheld.
- Perk Beauty Bar uses before/after photos and videos for marketing unless you opt out below

Extensions guests are required to follow a 6-8 week maintenance schedule. Color is not required at each visit.
