Scrip Gift Card Order Form
Place your order below. There is a copy of the ENTIRE list of all available merchants titled RaiseRight Participating Retailers below. Only the $ amounts listed on the retailer list are available for order. Cards with an "E" beside them on the merchant list are available electronically and can be emailed to you in pdf format or printed for you by our office. Please note in the "Special Notes" box below if you'd like emailed (or printed) electronic gift certificates, otherwise plastic cards will be ordered. Electronic scrip is usually available right away, so you can receive them sooner than plastic cards. There is an image of the card on them and instructions for use. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button to finalize your order. You can pay with cash or check when you pick up your cards or pay online at crossroads-umc.net. Thanks for your support!
