As an influencer you will be responsible for reviewing, sharing, advertising, recommending our products and or services. In as much as we appreciate everyone’s work and unique personal style, Forge 97 and Full Moon Perumes, will not associate with any form of violence, swearing, hate speech, racism, false advertising, negative online content, bullying, etc. We reserve the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect should any part of the contract be breached. Forge 97 and Full Moon Perfumes will not be share trade secrets, intellectual property, trade marks and or otherpartner’s personal and sensitive information.

You will also be removed from our network of affiliated companies and all future deals will also be terminated. A contract being terminated by Forge 97, may lead to all affiliates to terminate your contract in order to avoid the same breach occurring again. Should a partner disclose and rig any competition, for example informing friends, family, colleagues and or peers, about dates in which the competition will run and thus maximize their chances of winning, the partner will not receive any accumulated funds whatsoever.

Partners will be paid (R150) only if they make five or more sales, in the event that an influencer or promoter does not make 5 sales or more, they will only keep the product(s) shared with them: unless otherwise stated. The funds will be paid directly into the partners bank account. Forge 97 cannot be held responsible for any wrong account details nor banking fees incurred when transferring the funds.

Social Media Advertising Strategy
Should you have an idea on how you would like to go about posting, you are more than welcome to WhatsApp or email us. Below are some guidelines when posting:

• when writing captions, do not use short hand. For example, 'nd' instead of 'and'
• Avoid using heavy filters and modifications on pictures or videos
• Encourage your audience to use your coupon before checking out. We will not engage in any conversations about whether someone forgot to use your coupon before checking out
• All posts are to be approved by either Forge 97 or Full Moon Perfumes before they are uploaded
• You will share some pictures and videos with Forge 97 and Full Moon Perfumes, and those will be come their intellectuall proerty

It is important that influencers and promoters uphold a Forge 97 Image. This means that inflencers and promoters cannot be associated, be a part of, nor cause any form of negative content such as racism, online bullying, abuse of any kind, infringe other people's rights, commit any form of crime, or any other unlawful act or any act deemed by the company to be negative or unacceptable.
