I want to take part in the International Greece Championship organized by WNBF Greece. I understand and agree to comply with all rules and regulations, including the Drug Control Organization and the Code of Conduct. I understand that in order to participate in a competition approved by WNBF Greece, I will have to submit up to two (2) drug screening tests to confirm the absence of any type of steroids, hormones, pro-hormones, prescription diuretics, and any other compound or an activity that the WNBF considers illegal. These tests will be performed using polygraphic examinations (lie detector) and urine analysis. I also agree to respect the decisions of WNBF Greece concerning my participation in the competition up to the result of both tests as well as my compliance with all WNBF Greece rules and regulations. If I fail the WNBF Greece drug test or do not comply with all WNBF Greece rules and regulations, I will be excluded from the competition concerned and lose my eligibility at the WNBF for 10 years(or more). Refunds are not possible. I also authorize WNBF Greece to carry out off-season screening tests and to publish the results. I also authorize WNBF Greece to send me information by e-mail.

I acknowledge that I have read the current INBF/WNBF Banned Substances List and agree to abide by the INBF/WNBF Drug-Testing Policies, Rules and Regulations, Member Agreement, and Waiver. There is no refund once the entry form has been submitted.
Drug Testing Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that I will be invited to compete only after complying with all the WNBF Greece eligibility requirements, including the successful passing of the polygraph test. There is no refund in case I fail the polygraph test.
