Veritas Christian Homeschool Cooperative NEW Member Application

This is for the **2026-2027** academic school year, to begin this coming September. Please read through all of the information on our Core Values document and the Bylaws And Policies document (attached PDFs below) before submitting an application. Please print and return the additional application forms contained in the other attached PDF. For questions and to quickly return documents, please email VeritasNMBapplications@gmail.com. Enrollment and Waitlist Note: We tend to remain at full capacity. Priority enrollment is given to returning families first, then accepted new families will fill open seats or be added to a waitlist. We add families from the waitlist into open seats in early September and late December ONLY. When determining new family's acceptance, priority is given to those who have completed the required printable PDF forms and returned them via email (screen shots acceptable). Any questions can be answered through the co-op email listed above in this paragraph.

In this section, we would like to get an idea of what gifts and strengths the teaching parent possesses so that we can place them where they can best serve our students. While we cannot guarantee every teaching preference, we will take them into consideration when planning for the school year.
Which curriculum are you currently using or have used in the past? What co-ops or home school groups have you been a part of in our area?

Are there extracurriculars you're interested in teaching or offering? They can be fine arts (music, etc), fun classes (Dude Perfect, basketball, cooking) or clubs (chess, robotics, debate). Electives that high schoolers might need are also welcome. Please include a brief description.

The Cooperative supply fees for the 2026-2027 school year *per family* are $115. Some classes may have additional supply fees that the instructors will communicate before sign up. Our desire is to keep participation costs low by relying on a true cooperative model and requiring parents to volunteer in teaching roles.

Although Veritas is a Christian cooperative, it is recognized that not all Christian homeschool families will choose to accept Veritas membership requirements.
