  • Booking Requirements

    The mobile nature of our business presents many challenges regarding the setup of your “spa on demand.” While we would like to bring our product to every location, it isn't always possible. Please answer the following questions to give us a better idea of what to expect about your spa site. PS, it's ok to say NO. This allows us to follow up with more questions.
  • Is there sufficient road access for our large delivery vehicle to your location?*
  • Do you have a flat, level space that is strong and sturdy enough to support the immense weight of a hot tub?*
  • Is there power available (standard 120V outlet) within 50 feet of the setup location?*
  • Is there an access path at least 30 inches wide and 80 inches tall from the delivery vehicle to setup location?*
  • Is there access to an exterior water spigot within 100 feet of delivery vehicle (not usually required)?*
  • Is the intended setup location within 250 ft of the delivery vehicle (so we can get hot water to the tub)?*
  • Do you own the property (again, it's ok to say no)?*
