Competition Results Submission Form

All provinces must submit to the CPU Executive the official scoresheet from all Provincial sanctioned competitions within fifteen (15) days from the date of the competition. Failure to do so will result in the Province being subject to a $500 fine payable to the CPU.

$15 per unique competitor will be billed to the province and payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay within that time will result in a $500 penalty added to the invoice amount.

 

Scoresheet must be formatted as shown in the downloadable CSV. scoresheet template or as in the example below. Scoresheets not submitted in the required format will not be acccepted.
