The Low Pressure Fitness Workshop is a class that incorporates movement, stretching and education. The purpose of the workshop is to provide attendees with a series of exercises to help improve Pelvic floor problems. As with all forms of exercise and movement, there are benefits and risks involved.
Since the physical response to this workshop can vary widely from person to person, it is not always possible to predict your response. We are not able to guarantee what your reaction to the workshop might be, nor can we guarantee the workshop will help improve your posture or physical function.
Therapeutic exercises are frequently prescribed with physiotherapy treatment. Exercise has inherent physical risks associated with it. If you have any questions regarding any part of the workshop, including any exercise and the possible risks or side effects that may be associated with it, it is important you advise the instructor of your concerns immediately.
It is important if you feel pain or have concerns during the workshop, you communicate it immediately with the instructor. It is important to communicate with your instructor any pre-existing or current injuries/conditions. You have the right to decline any portion of the workshop at any time.
