Once we review your application, we will reach out to schedule with potential candidates. This is an opportunity to talk further about our program model, rates, commitments, and partnering schools. The next step is discussing the contract details. The interview process can take a few weeks, but this is a great way for both of us to make sure that all of your questions are answered and that coming on board with Virtual Counselor will be a good fit for everyone.
What else do I need to have in place before I start?
CONTRACT: First, we will sign a Contract Agreement that will outline the parameters of joining the group therapy model and commitments for both of us.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION: Within one week of hire, you will need to provide us the checklist items in order to get started. See link below.
K-12 DOCUMENTATION: If you are being considered for a K-12 position, we highly suggest you begin completing the requirements immediately to avoid a delay or loss of referrals.
NEW HIRE ONBOARDING CHECKLIST
ORIENTATION & PROGRAM GUIDELINES: We will provide you access to our technology platforms and program guidelines, so you can independently learn our platform and workflow. A follow-up video support meeting with our Telehealth Coordinator will be provided to help you feel comfortable with your programming.
