    Under terms of warranty, routine scheduled service must be performed on system.
  • Comfort Guarantee

    We guarantee that the system(s) we have installed in your home will heat or cool your home as we have stated. If the temperature range of      degrees that we have promised is not achieved, we will replace the system at no charge. However, your old equipment will not be able to be returned to you.

    No Lemons Guarantee

    If the compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, we will install a new complete outside unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in
    the first five years, we will install a new furnace. (Must have Preventative Maintenance completed yearly and must be the original homeowner.)

    $500 No-Frustration Guarantee

    If your system breaks down during the first two years and leaves you without heating or cooling for more than 24 hours, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.

    Property Protection Guarantee

    All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture, and door frames are protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective shoe covers and hall runners will be used on ail work and traffic areas.

    100% Money-Back Guarantee

    We guarantee that the equipment we have installed will perform as we have stated. If the system does not heat or cool your home to your satisfaction, within the first year. We will remove it and return 100% of your investment, however, your old equipment will not be returned to you.

    The investment quoted is the amount you pay. You will be presented with all of your options upfront to take all of the guesswork out of the amount quoted. We will
    correct any oversight on our part at no additional expense to you. (Electrical upgrades and/or changes do not apply to this guarantee.)

    Utility Savings Guarantee

    You will save a minimum of 20% on your heating and cooling consumption usage or we will refund double-the-difference of your savings not realized during the first year.
    (If your system is not meeting guaranteed savings, you must notify us immediately

    "Apples to Apples" Guarantee

    You cannot find a comparable installation with the same warranties and guarantees for less or we will match the price and pay you a $250.00 bonus.

    Customer Respect: Our employees will not swear or use tobacco products while on your property. They will courteously answer any questions or concerns and leave your home as neat as they found it.

    Code Compliance: The installation will comply with all existing local codes.

    Satisfaction: We will guarantee that your system meets or exceeds your expectations for quality and reliability.

    Buyer hereby declares that the buyer holds title to the property in which  merchandise is being installed and has the legal authority to order the  work outlined above. The seller retains title to all materials and property listed herein until payments have been made in full. Accounts not paid within 20 days of invoice receipt are in default and subject to a late payment charge of 1½ % per month or 18% annually. Buyer agrees to any reasonable attorney’s and/or collection fees incurred by Seller to secure payment of this contract.

  • I hereby             the opportunity to keep the extended labor warranty on my equipment that would begin on the 366th day or second year. All parts are covered as listed given you were the homeowner at the time of purchase. All repairs will have a labor charge after the 365th day. In order for the extended labor warranty to be valid, Quality Air must service the equipment each year via a Quality Club Membership. Monthly investment for Club Membership to keep Extended Labor Warranty intact is   plus tax. Existing Club Members only need to keep their current membership active. Please keep in mind that in order for your HVAC equipment to be in accordance with any manufacturer's warranty, the system must be maintained yearly by preventative maintenance through a qualified and licensed heating and air conditioning company.
