Which days of the week are you usually available?Appointments are held from 12:30-7 pm Mon-Fri. Wednesday appointments prioritize flash and continuing projects.
Do you want your tattoo in color or black and gray?
Will there be other tattoos nearby that I may need to consider when drawing for your tattoo?
Will this tattoo be a cover up or a rework of an existing tattoo?

Please provide a straight on photo in good lighting of the spot you would like tattooed. It’s usually easiest to have a friend do this for you or use your self timer. If your tattoo is in a sensitive area feel free to put a place holder photo in here for now. *Please no mirror or selfie photos or your tattoo will be designed backwards!*
