Beach Operations Manager will be responsible for set up & tear down of tents and chairs for Cabanup clients. Operation Managers will earn $15/hr-20/hr (depending on experience) to start plus gratuity.
Job Description

CabanUp Beach Rentals in AMI & Bradenton Beach, FL is looking for associates to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Working hours will be from approximately 7a to 10a (set-up), and then from approximately 5p to 8p (take-down). Associates will be off between Set-up and Take-down times, and compensation will be $15-$20/hr to start plus gratuity.
Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Carries up to 50 lbs. over varied terrain repeatedly.
- Works outside in both sun and rain.
- Takes and executes directions, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrates the ability start work by 7 a.m. and stay late when inclement weather delays closing.
- Demonstrates the ability to learn and execute proper equipment procedures as well as to treat all equipment respectfully.
- Displays a willingness to be a “good citizen” of the beach by collecting trash along walking paths and in general vicinity of tents, as well as by avoiding all turtle nests.
- Driving company delivery truck.
- Reads, writes, and speaks English.
- Demonstrates the flexibility to deal with schedule changes based upon demand and weather.*

2. Can lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and carry over short distance.
