I confirm that I am the person with legal responsibility for the child/ren featured in the Pop-in portraits in my account at popinphotos.com. I agree that Little Annie Ltd can use the Pop-in photos/video of my child for international marketing purposes, including to be given to potential and actual hosts in Australia and New Zealand and worldwide; for printed use such as studio frames/canvases/signage; and on digital media. Little Annie Ltd represents multiple brands including Little Annie Pop-in Portraits, Little Annie Printshop, Pop-in Marketplace, Clever Poppets, Anna Munro Photography, Little Annie Apparel and more. Little Annie is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of my photos comply with the applicable law of the country that they are used in. This consent lasts indefinitely until it's revoked and overwrites any other permission (or non-permission). I understand that I can revoke this consent at any time by emailing privacy@littleannie.co.nz and from that date, the use of the photos will cease, Little Annie Ltd will not be able to remove images used previous to revoking my consent. I agree that I have no claim to profit, compensation or income resulting from the use of these images/videos in marketing. This consent form has been updated on 9/11/22 to include the release of video recordings.
