Terms and Conditions:

All terms and conditions for registration are as set by Gyrotonic HQ (GSC) www.gyrotonic.com, apply in all host locations for all courses.
For most courses deposit payable at time of registration (Hong Kong) = 50% of total fee for all courses registered.
Balance payment for all courses registered (Hong Kong) payable on or before the start of the course.
For smaller courses (e.g. GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pre-Training or GYROKINESIS® Happy Moves) FULL payment (not deposit) is required at registration.
All prices are in US$
Daily start and finish times may vary from course to course, studio to studio and even day to day. Please check with the course host for details prior to the start of the course.
In locations outside of Hong Kong, Fees may also differ from the above Fees.
For courses please make sure to match the GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pre-Training with the GYROTONIC® Foundation course.
Registration to a course/exam will be confirmed once payment has been received and applicant has fulfilled all necessary pre-requisites for the course/exam.
Balance Payable must be paid at least 3 weeks before the start of course/exam.
All successful registrations will be confirmed by Iso Fit Hong Kong by email or fax or letter.
Places in a course/exam will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
Course fees include instruction, course manual, and Certificate of Attendance when applicable.
Course Participants participate in the course entirely at their own risk and will waive all claims against the course, Iso Fit Hong Kong, the Host Site for any injuries or damages suffered during the course or resulting therefrom.

Cancellation / Refunds

Iso Fit Hong Kong reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses if there are less than 6 participants registered.
No refund of course fees paid if participant cancels before the start of the course.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of these terms and conditions, in the event that Iso Fit Hong Kong either (i) cannot provide courses, examinations or modules onsite due to circumstances or events beyond its control or (ii) if it considers that, having regards to the then current circumstances, it would be appropriate to ensure the safety and security of its staff and/or students where circumstances and events beyond the control of Iso Fit Hong Kong and that may be taken into account when considering the safety and security of staff and/or students include (without limitation) weather conditions; any contagious diseases, epidemics or pandemics including but not limited to COVID-19 and their consequences; demonstrations; riots; civil unrest; curfew and city lock-downs, government travel restrictions, Iso Fit Hong Kong may at its sole discretion:
1. Reschedule the said courses, examinations or modules in their entirety-at no additional cost to students.
2. Cancel any scheduled course, examination, module without rescheduling or arranging online replacement.

No financial compensation will be payable to students in circumstances 1. above.
Full refund of fees paid for cancelled course, examination, module will be made to students for circumstance 2. above.
All successful registrations will be confirmed by Iso Fit Hong Kong by email.
Registration may be cancelled by participant up to 30 days before the course/exam in which case deposits/fees paid will be refunded less a US$100.- administration fee. No refund of deposits/fees paid for cancellations made 29 days or less before the course/exam.
Iso Fit Hong kong reserves the right to cancel any course/exam. Fees paid will be refunded in full.
