Our Annual Maintenance Service is an annual subscription service designed to ensure your corporation is in good standing each year. The Service includes:

√ Federal Corporate Annual Returns: We will prepare and file your corporate annual returns each year with the federal government.
√ Payment of Government Fees: We will pay the required annual maintenance fees on your behalf, so you avoid any penalties for late payments.
√ Annual Resolutions: We will prepare the corporation’s annual resolutions approving financial statements in accordance with the fiscal year-end date.
√ Maintenance of Minute Book: We will maintain an electronic minute book for your corporation.
√ Basic Corporate Changes: We will file the necessary forms to notify the federal corporate registry of changes of addresses, changes of directors and changes in the registered office within the same province. In addition, we will prepare the appropriate resolutions, consents and/or resignations related to these changes and update your corporate registers and ledgers.
√ Maintenance of the Corporate Registers

Please note that certain corporate amendments or actions require additional fees. These include actions such as amending the articles (change the corporate name, the share description, etc.), dissolving the corporation, changing the shareholders, declaring dividends, etc. We also offer each of these services and can provide you with a quote upon request.
