This Chardonnay has aromas of butterscotch, melon and tropical fruits. The palate is creamy and rich with flavours of citrus, tropical fruits and a toasty long finish.
Intense aromatic nose of dark cherry, raspberry, spice and lightly toasted oak. This wine has a soft entry with silky tannins, that leads to a lengthy and elegant finish.
Our Merlot is rich, smooth and full bodied with lovely dark fruit and spice notes. It is approachable and easy drinking with a luxurious long finish and supple tannins.
The three grapes that make up this blend are hand harvested and cold-fermented in separate stainless-steel tanks to enhance their aromatic and intensively fruity characteristics. Our winemaking team ran a series of tests post-fermentation to determine the perfect balance of Chasselas, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc for the 2019 blend that now finds its way into your glass.
