The parking spaces shall be used solely for parking vehicles and shall not be used for storage, living, recreational or business purposes.
Homeowners/residents must park their vehicles in their assigned spaces. Vehicles should be parked in manner that does not impede or prevent ready access to another homeowner's/resident's parking space, or prevent access to the driveways.
Homeowners/residents are restricted from parking in spaces designated as visitor spaces. Homeowners/residents must refrain from unnecessarily honking horns, gunning or idling of engines and observe the 5 M.P.H. speed limits in the garage at all times.
Car washing/detailing, installation of phones, stereo systems or anything else is strictly prohibited in the parking garage, unless a car washing /detailing service is approved by the Board and retained by the Association to provide scheduled services to the owners.
A West Ocean parking decal must be displayed at all times. Make sure you receive one for each vehicle that will be parked onsite.
All Exclusive Use Area parking space(s) are assigned. If you have more vehicles than parking spaces you will need to make other parking arrangements for those vehicles. All vehicles, and any changes to parking space assignments, must be registered with the Association for
Seven handicap parking spaces will be maintained; four in Tower I and three in Tower II. They are available for the use of disabled owners/residents with evidence of eligibility from the State of California (e.g. a Handicap Designation) and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no time limit on disabled homeowner or resident use of the seven handicap parking spaces. Parking vehicles in handicapped spaces is not considered an additional parking privilege, but is an accommodation. Homeowners and residents utilizing the handicapped spaces are required to provide the Association with a copy of the current evidence of eligibility from the State of California.
Homeowners and residents may only park the total number of vehicles inside the garage that corresponds to the total number of parking spaces that are assigned and provided as an exclusive easement for parking purposes on the deed for their respective unit.
Violations of any of the above Parking regulations may result in towing and fining pursuant to the Association's Schedule of Fees and Monetary Penalties.
