    • Where is my order/I cannot find my tracking number? 
      • If it has been less than 24 hours since you placed your order, wait until 24 hours has passed.
      • If it’s been more than 24 hours, check your junk/spam  folders sometimes automated emails get sent there
    • My order keeps getting rejected, why? 
      • Please check that your billing and shipping address match, one number off can cause your order to be rejected. 
      • If you do not get an email order confirmation you have not been charged. It is possible to see a payment pending but our payment system will not have charged your card.
      • If you do have a different billing address from your shipping address. Give us a call and we can process the order over the phone for you.
