The fine print...
- it is a requirement that all team members wear approved slip-resistant work shoes.
- While more expensive, Shoes for Crew often last 3x longer than the work shoes purchased locally.
- Working in sneakers (non-slip resistant) on your body, specifically the muscles in your legs & back, "will make an 8-hour shift feel like a 12-hour shift," as your body must constantly compensate to remain balanced. While wearing Shoes for Crews, even a peanut oil spill is unlikely to lead to a fall.
- Chick-fil-A Madison Street does not profit from the sales of shoes; we facilitate the ordering as a convenience to you. We make no promises or claims about the shoes' safety, effectiveness, or durability.
- If you don't like them for any reason, do not hesitate to order new ones. Shoes for Crews has a 60-day satisfaction guarantee return period. It is your responsibility to return the shoes and explain your return within the appropriate period.
- It will be assumed that all orders will be payroll-deducted over 2-3 paychecks unless otherwise requested. We accept cash, checks, or cards for partial/full payment. (Some parents are willing to pay for work shoes)
- Federal law forbids a payroll deduction in the amount that would put the employee below minimum wage ($7.25). Therefore, if your hourly rate of pay is less than $9 per hour, we require that you pre-pay for at least 1/2 of the cost upfront. We accept cash, personal checks, or credit/debit cards.
Pro Tip: If you occasionally spray the bottom of your shoes with purple degreaser or floor soap, then rinse the treading with a strong stream of hot water (mop sink hose), this will release oil and grime built up. This will extend the life of your shoes, auto floor mats, and home carpet. Your mother will appreciate this!
*By clicking "Submit Order," you acknowledge and accept all of the conditions above and authorize Chick-fil-A Madison Street to payroll deduct the cost of the shoes.
