    Now, go through the deck in the video. As you do, check the boxes below that correspond to the emotions you feel when you answer the question above with a "yes."

    Then go through the video a second time and check the boxes that correspond to how you feel when answering with a "no."

    Emotions are messengers that provide us with information. There are some we enjoy feeling and others we'd prefer not to feel. The ones we tend to enjoy are italicized in the list to make them a little easier to spot.

    Where do you see more of the emotions you prefer to feel? The column that has the most enjoyable (italicized) emotions is more likely to be the best choice for you. Pay attention any time Relieved or Safe shows up.
